CuInS2半导体纳米材料的合成研究

摘    要:通过加热碘化亚铜、醋酸铟、十二硫醇和液体石蜡的混合体合成了CuInS2半导体纳米晶,测试了其吸收和荧光光谱,考察了反应温度和十二硫醇添加量对纳米晶的合成及光谱性能的影响,采用毛细管微反应装置进行了CuInS2/ZnS的包裹实验,包裹后的荧光强度有了一定提高。

Abstract:Nanocrystaline CuInS2 were synthesized via heating method mixtures using CuI,indium acetate,and dodecanethiol as precursors and liquid paraffin as solvent. The influence of the reaction temperature and addition of dodecanethiol on absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy of nanocrystaline CuInS2 were investigated. Nanocrystal CuInS2 were packaged with ZnS by Capillary micro-reactor.After that,the fluorescence intensity of CuInS2 was enhanced.
