摘    要:针对当前高校辅导员绩效考核工作中存在的问题,本文尝试将平衡计分卡这种先进的绩效管理理念运用到绩效考核中,关注绩效沟通、考核反馈和辅导员的成长与发展,构建一种新型的辅导员绩效考核体系,促进辅导员工作绩效的持续改善。

Abstract:Based on the performance assessment problems of counselors in colleges and universities,the paper tries to make use of the balanced score card,which is regarded as an advanced tool in the performance management.It focuses on the performance communication,assessment feedback,and the counselor's growth and development as well.This new performance assessment system can improve the college counselors' performance and efficiency sustainably.
