桐城市中小学生贫血状况调查

目的　了解桐城市中小学学生贫血状况,为开展学生贫血防治工作提供科学依据。方法　对桐城市常见病监测点校的全体学生 8 816人进行血红蛋白(Hb)检测。结果　桐城市中小学生贫血患病率为 35.11%。重点学校学生贫血患病率高于一般学校,乡镇学校高于市区学校,市区学校的女生贫血患病率高于男生。各年龄组学生贫血患病率也不相同。学生贫血患病率高低还与学生学习负担、当地经济水平等因素有关。结论　桐城市中小学生贫血患病率低于全国水平,要实现《全国学生贫血综合防治方案 (试行 )》第二阶段目标要求,任务还是艰巨的。

Survey on Anemia Prevalence among Children at Primary and Middle Schools in Tongcheng City

Objective To have good understanding of anemia prevalence among students at primary and high schools and provide scientific bases for developing preventive measures in Tongcheng City. Methods All students from sentry-schools for monitoring students' common diseases were given a Hb test. Anemic children were selected according to WHO's Hb criteria. Results Total anemia prevalence of students in the city was 35.11 with girls being more than boys in terms of anemic cases, a higher rate at special schools than at general ones, and at town-schools higher than at downtown-ones. There were different prevalence rates between various aged-groups. It was suggested that the anemia prevalence might be related to students' learning-loading and local economic environment. Conclusions But the anemia prevalence of students in the city was lower than the national average level. There is still a long way to walk for us if the goals set by "National Comprehensive Program for Students Anemia Prevention(trial)" will be achieved .
