云南某钼加工厂钼酸铵生产流程查定及技术分析

摘    要:采用生产统计结合化学分析及物象鉴定,对钼加工厂钼酸铵生产流程进行查定,获取了钼、铼在生产过程的分布及走向数据并绘制出了钼、铼分布的数质量图。通过分析,确定了影响钼收率的主要因素并提出了改进建议。根据铼在生产中的富集程度及生成物性质提出了合适的回收途径及工艺。

Abstract:Using production stastics, chemical analysis and physical image appraisal, the investigation on ammonium molybdates production process in a molybdenum processing factory was carried on, the distribution and trend statistics of molybdenum and rhenium in the production process was gained, quantitative - qualitative flow graph of molybdenum and rhenium distribution was drawn. The main factors that effect the molybdenum yield coefficient were defined and recommendations for improvements were put forward. According to the enrichment of rhenium and product properties, the appropriate recovery pathway and process were proposed.
