摘    要:四川阿坝州地区地处高原山区,拥有水电和地矿资源优势,以该优势为基础,规划了资源综合利用循环经济型发展项目。利用阿坝州山区水电资源发展高效电化学化工产业,以45×104t/a氯酸钠和30×104t/a电石为基础,将氯酸钠电解尾气(H2)和电石炉(采用密闭式电石炉)尾气(CO、CO2)回收充分利用合成甲醇,再以甲醇为原料生产高附加值下游产品——二甲醚、甲醇蛋白、甲醛、脲醛树脂、中(高)密度纤维板。形成了40×104~50×104t/a氯酸钾,30×104t/a电石,15×104t/a甲醇,5.0×104t/a二甲醚,2.0×104t/a甲醇蛋白,8.0×104t/a甲醛,12×104t/a脲醛树脂,30×104m3中、高密度纤维板的生产规模。项目总投资21.71亿元,年销售收入为45.59亿元,年利税达到10.29亿元。回收尾气可增产15×104t/a甲醇,所用甲醇合成工艺比常规工艺能耗降低1/3,除了可观的经济效益外,每年还可减排CO223.3×104t,实现了保护生态、振兴地方经济的科学发展。

Abstract:The Abazhou Region in rich hydropower and geological and Sichuan province is situated in a mountainous area on a plateau with mineral resources.The region has planned a series of circular economytyped projects to comprehensively utilize resources based on the above resource advantages.The region plans to develop efficient electrochemical industry using the hydropower resources in the mountainous area of Abazhou.Based on a 45×104t/a sodium chlorate and a 30×104t/a calcium carbide project,the region will recover chlorate electrolysis exhaust (H2) and exhaust (CO and CO2) from the calcium carbide furnace (closedtype) to make methanol.The methanol produced will be used to manufacture high-value downstream products such as dimethyl ether,methanol protein,formaldehyde,urea-formaldehyde resin and high-and-medium-density fiber board.The region will establish a potassium chlorate production capacity of 40×104-50×104t/a,a calcium carbide production capacity of 30×104t/a,a methanol production capacity of 15×104t/a,a dimethyl ether pro- duction capacity of 5.0×104t/a,a methanol protein production capacity of 2.0×104t/a,a formaldehyde production capacity of 8.0×104t/a,a urea-formaldehyde resin production capacity of 12×104t/a and a high-and-medium- density fiber board production capacity of 30×104m3.Total investment in these projects will reach 2.171 billion Yuan and annual sales will reach 4.559 billion Yuan.Annual tax generated from these projects will reach 1.029 billion Yuan.Methanol output will rise by 15×104t/a by means of exhaust recovery.Energy consumption of the methanol production technology adopted will be 1/3 lower than that of conventional technologies.Aside from considerable economic benefits,these projects could lead to a reduction of 23.3×104t of CO2 emitted annually, contributing to both environmental protection and economic growth of the region.
