4Cr13不锈钢表面复合强化工艺的硬度表证研究

摘    要:研究了4Cr13钢经离子氯化、PVDTiN离子镀及其离子氮化+PVD复合处理后,其表面强化层的硬度特征。结果表明:采用离子氮化+TiN涂层的复合处理工艺,可使4Cr13钢表面TiN涂层获得较硬氮化过渡层,从而真正发挥其高硬度特性。运用Jonsson经验公式,获得的TiN涂层真实硬度与超显微硬度计测试结果基本一致。

Abstract:The characteristic hardness of the combined surface modification after ion nitriding plus PVD TiN coating has been studied. A harder and thicker nitrided layer which transited from TiN coating to substrate of 4Cr13 steel could be obtained through the combined modification process of ion-nitriding +PVD TiN coating, thereby its feature of higher hardness could be brought into full play. The hardness calculated by the Jonsson cmpirical equation basically consisted with that determlned by Ultra mlcrohardness testing.
