摘    要:本文介绍一套连续实时取样进样组合件、改进过的色谱一质谱朕用仪进样接口件、自制放电装置,实施连续实时地测定热平衡低温等离子体中的瞬态成份,重视性好。试验结果表明,连续实时进样质谱法适合研究低温等离子体中的成份。

Abstract:This paper introduced a set of continuous real - time inlet sampling device, an improved inlet sampling intethee card ofgas chromatographic - me spectrometer and a self- made discharge devity which can determine in line the transient components produced in heat - equilibrium low - temperatare plasma with fine repeatability. Experimental result shows that thismethod is practicable for the study of components pnduced in low - temperature plasma by continuous real - time inlet asmPling mass - spectrometry.
