| 摘 要： | 以甲苯为原料，经过磺化、酰氯化反应合成4-甲基苯磺酰氯。该工艺与传统合成工艺相比，具有原料消耗低，产品收率高，纯度高，选择性高，成本低等优点，具有广阔的工业化应用前景。

| Abstract: | In this article, a new process for synthesis of 4-toluene sulfonyl chloride is reported. At first, p-toluenesulphonic acid is synthesized from totuene and sulfuric acid, then, 4-totuene sulfonyl chloride is synthesized from p-toluenesulphonic acid and chlorosulphonic acid. This process has many advantages over the traditional process, such as high yield, high content, high selectivity and low cost in the process. Itopens up broad prospects for commercialization. |
