| Abstract: | The urban development starves for invest-ment companies of urban development as financingcarriers and flat roofs. We should change the ideas ofinvesting and financing for urban constructing andchoose proper patterns or types. This paper investi-gates the thinking and fabricating of investing andfinancing system reform for urban construction anddevelopment. |
