抽油机电动机调位装置的研制

抽油机电动机底座调位装置在油田已经使用数十年 ,目前在现场使用中存在着许多弊端 ,为此研制了一种新型电动机调位装置。该装置主要由调整座、丝杠、斜齿条和专用扳手组成。由于巧妙地利用斜齿条与电动机底座上现有的滑轨槽定位 ,再利用调位座两侧面的斜度使两斜齿条自动胀紧的原理 ,结构更为简单、合理 ,通用性好。安装在靠近原有电动机底座滑轨的任何部位 ,丝杠都能直接顶到电动机底座上 ,安装和调整省力省时 ,牢固可靠。丝杠后端为内五方 ,前端有限位垫 ,能防止盗卸。该装置是抽油机安全运行、电动机调整定位的理想专用装置。

Development of adjustment unit for the motor base of pumping units

The adjustment unit for the motor base of pumping units has been used in oilfields without primary improvement for many years. Thereby a new base adjustment unit is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the old ones. The new unit is mainly made up of adjusting base, leading screw, diagonal rack and special spanner. The orientation is achieved by the diagonal rack and the skid rail groove of the motor base. The unit can be installed reliably at any area close to the former skid rail of the motor base with the leading screw tipping the base directly. And this job is time- and labor-saving.
