基于提升框架的嵌入式图像压缩

摘    要:提出的算法充分结合了方向信息提升框架和嵌入式压缩的优点,引入了迭代提升框架,使图像的编码计算更为灵活,调节性强,能有效控制图像压缩的计算量,在有比特流丢失的情况下,能优先保持图像的细节,充分考虑了视觉特征。该算法具有很好的细节处理效果,在大压缩比的情况下使图像的失真率大大降低。具体仿真结果表明了该编码方法的有效性,即通过比较常用的SPIHT算法、EZW算法、JPEG2000算法和本文的算法,在相同压缩比下,文中论述的算法能获得较好的效果。

Abstract:A new arithmetic combined the virtues of the lifting scheme with orientation information with embedded compression algorithm is presented. This arithmetic adopts iterative lifting scheme and zero tree structure,which enables the flexible adjustment and allows for visual characteristic. On the condition of bit stream lost,it can preserve image detail information and reduce the image distortion at bigger compression ratio. Experiments indicate its efficiency,namely,by comparing SPIHT,EZW and JPEG2000,at the same compression ratio,our arithmetic shows better compression effect.
