肉苁蓉提取物对败血症大鼠急性肺损伤的影响

目的 研究肉苁蓉提取物对败血症大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)的影响.方法 采用盲肠结扎穿孔术复制败血症模型,观察肺组织病理学变化,测定ALI生物学指标.结果 生理盐水组肺间质水肿,肺泡腔内可见大量细胞浸润和血浆蛋白渗出,肺血管内皮细胞损伤.肺湿/干重比、肺泡灌洗液中中性粒细胞比例、蛋白含量及肺泡通透指数(LPI)、肺毛细血管通透性(PVP)均显著升高.肺组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)均显著升高.上述指标肉苁蓉组均较生理盐水组显著下降.结论 肉苁蓉对败血症大鼠ALI具有良好保护作用,其机制可能是通过抑制中性粒细胞在肺组织的浸润,减少氧自由基对肺组织损伤实现的.
