温阳利水与活血行气法治疗肝硬化腹水疗效观察

目的:探讨温阳利水法对肝硬化腹水的疗效.方法:将肝硬化腹水患者96例随机分为治疗组68例,对照组28例.两组在常规保肝治疗的基础上,治疗组加用中医温阳利水、活血行气法治疗,疗程1个月.分别比较其疗效.结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为91.18%、75.0%,差异有显著性意义,P＜0.05;两组肝功能变化比较P＜0.05,但治疗前后肝纤维化指标改善不明显,P＞0.05;两组并发症的发生率差异明显,P＜0.05.结论:护肝治疗基础上合用温阳利水、活血行气中药治疗肝硬化腹水见效快、有效率高、合并症少.

Curing Effect Observation on Wenyanglishui Methods in Treating Liver Cirrhosis and Ascites

Objective:To study the curing effect of Wenyanglishui Methods in trcating liver cirrhosis and ascites. Methods: 96 cases of liver cirrhosis and ascites were randomly divided into treatment group (68cases) and control group (28 cases). On the basis of regular treatmentwith protecting liver, the treatment group was added to treat with Wenyanglishuihuoxuexingqi methods for one month. Then their curing effects were compared. Results: The effective ratios in the treatment group and control group were 91.18% and 75.00% respectively, their difference being marked significance (P<0.05). The improvement of liver function in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05), the improvement of liver fibrosis being unmarked in both groups (P>0.05), the happening ratio of combined syndrome being lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating liver cirrhosis and ascites with Wenyanglishui methods on the basis of protecting liver has the advantage of rapid effect, high effective ratio and less combined syndrome.
