Abstract:The method of HG–AFS was built for the determination of the arsenical content using AFS–930 atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Taking the measurement of arsenic in rice as an example,the conditions of the instrument,including minus high voltage,current of light,flux of carrier gas,flux of shielding airflow,were studied.Meanwhile,the reactive conditions of the concentration of NaBH4 or KBH4,acid of carrier liquid,were discussed.Under the optimized conditions,the working curve was linear in the range of 0~10μg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The recoveries were 95.2%~108.5%,and the RSD were no more than 5.3%.It was proved that the method was available for analysing the arsenical content.
