Abstract:The interaction between ginsenoside Re and twenty amino acids were studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and eleven of those amino acids can interact with ginsenoside Re. The complexes were detected in both positive mode and negative one. The MS/MS analysis was performed. The dissociation constants of complexes between ginsenoside Re and amino acid were obtained.
