超声辐照对水煤浆浆体燃烧性能的影响

摘    要:选用兖州、红会及大同等煤样制备水煤浆,考察了超声辐照对浆煤燃烧性能的影响。TG及DTG的实验结果表明,在超声强度为80W/cm^2,频率为20kHz和辐照时间8min的条件下,经超声辐照后,煤的着火点、燃层温度以最大燃烧反应速率时的温度等降低,失重速率增加,燃烧性能得到改善。采用ASAP对超声辐照前后的煤粒的孔结构分布进行了表征,表明超声辐照对煤浆燃烧性能的影响与辐照前后煤的孔结构分布变化有着密切的相关性。

Abstract:In this paper, effect of ultrasonic irradiation on the combustion characteristics of coal water slurry was investigeted by using TG151. The experimental results indicated that the combustion parameters of coal including ignition temperature, burn out temperature and the temperature of maximum velocity of weight loss decreased after coal water slurry was irradiated by ultrasound at frequency of 20 kHz, intension of 80 W/cm2 and duration of 8 minutes. It was found that the changes of combustion characteristics of coal was mainly due to the expansion of coal pore volume caused by ultrasonic irradiation.
