| 摘 要： | 目的：建立痤疮搽剂中甲硝唑和氯霉素含量测定的新方法。用0．5mol/1氢氧化钠溶液水解痤疮搽剂，10分钟后用紫外分光光度法在278nm处直接测定氯霉素含量。然后再用解方程法测定甲哨唑的含量。甲硝唑和氯霉素的平均回收率分别为100．5％（RSD＝0．50％）、100．16％（RSD＝0．47％）。该方法操作简便，结果准确。

| Abstract: | In this paper,We develop a new method for assay metronidazole and chloramphenicol in acne liniment.The acne liniment was hydrolyzed by the solution of NaOH(0.5mol/L)for 10min,then chloramphenicol in the compomds was directly assayed at 278nm by UV spectrophotomethy method.Then metronidazole was assayed by the equation.The average recovery rates of metronidazole and chloramphenicol were 100.5%(RSD=0.50%)and 100.16%(RSD=0.47%),respectively.The method was convenient and accurate. |
