| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对我国竞技体育运动员心脏疾病的流行病学筛查与预防,建立竞技体育运动员运动性猝死的三级预防体系。方法:2000年～2008年奥运会备战周期中的中国国家队优秀运动员1806名,依照心血管疾病三级预防的要求,以心脏疾病的筛查作为心血管危险因素基线调查资料,掌握运动员群体心血管疾病患病率及疾病谱;确立随访目标予以跟踪随诊;进行长期指导和治疗。结果:建立三级预防体系和长期监护指导,可以有效控制运动员的心血管病危险因素,减少发病率,改善心脏功能,在降低心源性运动性猝死方面起到了明显的效果。 |
