摘 要: | 溜井系统作为地下开采矿山的重要组成部分,其溜矿顺畅程度直接影响矿山生产,格筛作为防止溜井系统受损的重要环节,直接保护溜井不被破坏及堵塞。三山岛金矿针对放矿溜井生产过程中存在的问题,通过优化溜井格筛布置方式,延长了格筛使用寿命,同时降低了作业人员的安全风险,有效地改善了溜井系统的转运效果,起到了降本增效的目的。

Optimization of grid screen layout of orepass and its application |

Abstract: | The orepass system is an important part in underground mining whose ore passing efficiency directly in-fluences mine production. The grid screen plays a key role preventing the orepass system from harm and directly pro-tects orepass from damage and jam. In light of the problems in orepass operation,Sanshandao Gold Mine optimized the grid screen layout. As a result,safety risk of staff is reduced,the functionality of orepass is well improved and the cost-effective operation is achieved. |
