摘    要:目的:优选倒卵叶五加中紫丁香苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用HPLC法测定提取液中紫丁香苷含量,对影响倒卵叶五加提取工艺因素水平进行研究。结果:最佳工艺为12倍50%乙醇回流提取3次,每次2h,提取次数及乙醇浓度影响差异显著。结论:50%乙醇提取工艺用于倒卵叶五加的提取,该工艺设计合理,操作简单,质量稳定,可为工业生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective : To find out the best method of extracting syringin in Acanthopanax obovatus Hoo. Methods : HPLC method was used to determine the contend of syringin in Acanthopanax obovatus Hoo. Ethanol concentration, ratio of liquid to solid, extraction time and extraction times were selected by using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results: The optimized extraction conditions were obtained as ethanol concentration of 50%, extraction time of lh for each time, 3 times in all , ratio of liquid to solid 1 : 12. Ethanol concentration and extraction times had very significant effects on the extracting rate of syringin in Acanthopanax obovatus Hoo. Conclusion:The extraction process of Acanthopanax obovatus Hoo. in 50% ethanol had a good stability, and the active ingredient extraction efficiency of syringin is high, and easy to be operated which is valuable to the research and development of syringin.
