解冻温度和保存时间对牛细管冻精精子活率的影响

摘    要:本试验采用4组解冻温度,每组解冻温度设计了2个不同的解冻时间,观察不同解冻温度、解冻时间及解冻后常温保存时间对牛细管冷冻精液精子活率的影响。结果显示,4组解冻温度以80℃(3s)精子活率最高,为48.77%,20组(2(80s)精子活率最低,为30.02%,两者差异极显著(P〈0.01)。各组精液解冻后保存1h检查精子活率明显高于解冻时镜检活率(P〈0.05),80℃解冻后间隔5h精子活率仍达到30%。

Abstract:This experiment includes four thawing temperature groups, each group designed for two different thawing time, the effect of thawing temperature and times on the sperm motility was determined. The results showed that different thaw temperature and time to 80℃(3s) sperm motility rate was the highest at 48.77%, the sperm motility rate of 20℃(80s) was the lowest at 30.02%, which was extremely significant difference (P〈0.01). The sperm motility rate after thawing and storing 1 h was significantly higher than sperm motility rate of thawing (P〈0.05).
