针刺配合中药雾化治疗干眼症疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察针刺配合中药雾化治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法将90例(180眼)干眼症患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组46例。治疗组采用针刺配合中药雾化治疗,对照组采用玻璃酸钠眼药水治疗。治疗3个月后观察比较患者的自觉症状变化、SIT值和BUT值变化。结果治疗组总有效率为78.4%,对照组为12.0%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P>0.01)。治疗组治疗后SIT分级和干眼症状分级与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论针刺配合中药雾化是一种治疗干眼症的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine atomization in treating dry eye.Methods Ninety patients(180 eyes) with dry eye were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 44 cases and a control group of 46 cases.The treatment group received acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine atomization and the control group,treatment with eyedrops of sodium hyaluronate.The subjective symptoms,SIT values and BUT values were compared between the two groups of patients after three months of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 78.4% in the treatment group and 12.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in SIT grades and dry eye symptom grades between the treatment and control groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine atomization is an effective way to treat dry eye.
