中国18省市中学生溺水相关危险行为现状分析

目的了解中国青少年溺水相关健康危险行为的流行状况，为进一步制定相关伤害的预防和控制提供依据。方法全国18省市181832名中学生进行《中国青少年健康相关行为》调查问卷集体自填。结果18省市中学生过去12个月游泳、非安全场所游泳和曾有溺水伤害的报告率分别为52．4％，11．8％和1．8％。男生各相关行为报告率高于女生。大城市、沿海和水网地区省市游泳的报告率高，游泳者中经济发达省市安全场所游泳的比例高于不发达城市，溺水伤害的报告率也相对较低。非安全场所游泳者溺水伤害报告率高于安全场所游泳者。结论非安全场所游泳与溺水伤害密切相关。溺水及其相关行为发生与学生性别、年级、地区、经济水平相关。

Analysis on drowning-related risk behaviors of Chinese adolescents

Objective To know the present epidemiological situation of drowning-related risk behaviors of Chinese adolescents and to provide basis for drowing injury prevention and control.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 181 832 middle school students in 18 provinces and cities of China.Results The incidence of swimming,swimming in informal swimming pools,and drowning were 52.4%,11.8% and 1.8% respectively.The incidence of boys were higher than those of girls.The incidence of swimming in big cities,coastal cities and regions of rivers and lakes was high,and the proportion of swimming in formal pool in developed cities was higher than those of underdeveloped cities.The incidence of drowning was lower correspondingly.The incidence of near-drowning in informal swimming pools was higher than that in formal pools.Conclusion The incidence of drowning was related nearly with swimming in informal swimming pools.The incidence of drowning-related risk behaviors differed with children's sex,grade,regions and economic status of cities.
