| 摘 要： | 对嗜酸乳杆菌的表面疏水性进行分析,利用微生物黏着碳氢化合物法测定嗜酸乳杆菌的表面疏水率,采用不同条件分别处理菌体细胞表面,初步确定嗜酸乳杆菌表面疏水性的影响因素。经研究得出,影响嗜酸乳杆菌表面疏水性的因素有时间、温度、pH、浓度、Ca2+和蛋白酶,并结合国内外报道得出,嗜酸乳杆菌表面疏水性与黏附能力之间存在着相关性;此外,推测能够介导嗜酸乳杆菌表面疏水性的物质可能是一类蛋白质。

| Abstract: | We analyzed the surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus.We utilized the method of microbial adhesion the hydrocarbons to determine the surface hydrophobic rate of Lactobacillus acidophilus and used the different conditions to process the cell to determine the influencing factors of the surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus preliminary.Through this research,we obtained that the influencing factors of the surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus were time,temperature,pH,concentration,Ca2+ and protease.According to domestic and international articles,we got that the surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus was connected with the adhesion ability.In addition,we speculated that some substances which could mediate the surface hydrophobicity of Lactobacillus acidophilus may be a class of proteins. |
