基于DPSIR模型的水土资源承载力评价

摘    要:以齐齐哈尔市为例,从水土资源的概念入手结合DPSIR模型,构建5个子体系24个指标的水土资源承载力评价指标体系。通过采用实码加速遗传算法优化投影指标函数,确定各评价单元的一维投影值,构建水土资源承载力评价的投影寻踪模型。结果表明,齐齐哈尔市市区2007~2010年的水土资源承载力最高,其他各市县承载力等级均有一定幅度的波动。研究成果可为齐齐哈尔市水土资源可持续利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Taking Qiqihar City for example,in view of the concept of soil and water resources carrying capacity and adopting the DPSIR conceptual model as a reference,5 sub-systems and 24 indices of water and resources carrying capacity evaluation index system can be established.Through adopting Real-coded Accelerating Genetic Algorithm(RAGA for short) to optimize projection index function and fixing one-dimensional projection values,Projection Pursuit Evaluation(PPE for short) model can be built.The results showed that soil and water resources carrying capacity of Qiqihar City is the highest from 2007 to 2010,however,every other city’s carrying capacity value has a certain degree of volatility,which provides a reference for water and soil resources sustainable utilization in Qiqihar City.
