+Gz暴露对大鼠脑星形胶质细胞S100蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的观察+Gz暴露后大鼠脑星形胶质细胞中S100蛋白表达的改变。方法雄性SD大鼠44只,随机分为对照组、+6Gz/3min暴露组、+10Gz/3min暴露组。分别于+Gz暴露后不同时间灌注取脑,免疫组织化学染色观察脑S100蛋白的表达情况。结果+6Gz暴露后6h,顶叶皮层、海马可见S100蛋白呈中等强度的阳性反应,阳性细胞数较对照组显著增多(P〈0.01),多为细小型,暴露后1d、2d、4d和6d,S100蛋白阳性反应程度进一步增强,阳性细胞数进一步增多。+10Gz暴露后各时间点,顶叶皮层、海马S100蛋白呈较强的阳性反应,阳性细胞数较+6Gz组显著增多(P〈0.01),暴露后2d出现少量肥大型,仍以细小型为主。结论+Gz暴露可引起大鼠顶叶皮层、海马S100蛋白表达显著增加.而+10Gz/3min比+6Gz/3min暴露引起脑组织S100蛋白的轰达增加更明显。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of S100 protein expression in astrocytes in rat brain after Gz exposure.Method Forty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, 6 Gz/3 min exposure group and 10 Gz/3 min exposure group.The rats were killed at different time after Gz exposure and the S100 protein expression in astrocytes in rat brain was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Result Compared with control group,S100 positive reaction was stronger and the number of S100-positive cells increased significantly(P<0.01) in rat parietal cortex and hippocampus 6 h after 6 Gz exposure,and most of them belonged to thin type.S100 positive reaction was enhanced further and the number of S100-positive cells increased further 1 d,2 d,4 d,and 6 d after 6 Gz exposure.Compared with 6 Gz exposure group,S100 positive reaction was stronger and the number of S100-positive cells increased significantly(P<0.01) at the corresponding times after 10 Gz exposure.A few fat S100-positive cells occurred 2 d after 10 Gz exposure,though most of them belonged to thin type.Conclusion Gz exposure may induce significant increase of S100 protein expression in rat parietal cortex and hippocampus.S100 protein expression increased more after exposure to higher Gz.
