尼莫地平对急性脑梗死患者认知功能的疗效分析

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者早期应用尼莫地平的疗效。方法选择2006年3月-2007年2月在本科住院急性脑梗死患者57例。随机分为2组,治疗组（n=31）和对照组（n=26）。2组患者均在入院后行脱水降颅内压及对症支持疗法,治疗组于发病72 h口服尼莫地平30 mg,3次/d,12周为一疗程。对照组不用任何与改变智能相关的药物。分别与发病72 h、治疗后4、8、12周应用SUMSE对认知功能进行评估,应用TCD测定脑血流量。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后SUMSE评分显著提高（P〈0.05）;与治疗前比较,治疗组脑血流量有明显改善（P〈0.001）。结论早期应用尼莫地平可有效地改善脑血流量,促进脑卒中患者认知功能的恢复。

The Effect of Nimodipine on Cognitive Functions in Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

Objective To observe the effect of Nimodipine on cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty-seven hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction during March 2006 to February 2007 were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=31) and control group(n=26).All of them received routine treatment.Treatment group were took orally nimodipine(30 mg tid) from 72 h of onset,and continued 12 weeks.The cognitive functions were assessed with stroke unitmental status examination(SUMSE),and cerebral blood flow were determinated by transcranial doppler sonography(TCD).Results The scores of SUMSE in the treatment group were improved significantly after treatment as compared with that in the control group(P<0.05),and cerebral blood flow were increased in the treatment group compared with that of before treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion Nimodipine could improve the cerebral blood flow and promote the restoration of cognitive function in patients with acute stroke.
