孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析,将2011年3月至2012年3月住我科的共90例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,随机分为两组,即观察组45例和对照组45例,对照组采用的治疗方法为口服盐酸丙卡特罗片和氯雷他定片,观察组的治疗方法是在对照组基础上口服孟鲁司特钠,应用治疗为3个月,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果将两组的总有效率进行统计学比较,P<0.05,表明两组差异具有统计学意义,即观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组的总有效率。结论孟鲁司特钠在治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘方面,具有疗效显著,不良反应少,依从性好等特点,值得临床推广使用。

The Effect of Montelukast Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

Objective To study the clinical effect of montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods A retrospective analysis in our outpatient clinic during March 2010 to March 2012, a.total of 90 cases of children with cough variant asthma, who were randomly divided into two groups. An observation group of 45 patients and a control group of 45 patients. The treatment for the control group was using ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution and loratadine dispersible tablets, and the treatment for children observed in the control group was using montelukast sodium chewable tablets on the basis of the treatment of the other group. Both treatments lasted for three months, and then we compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results Total efficiency of the two groups were statistically compared, P〈0.05, showing there was statistically significant difference between two groups. The total efficiency for the observation group was significantly higher than the total efficiency for the control group. Conclusion Montelukast sodium tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma, with fewer adverse reactions, good compliance and it is worth for clinical use.
