宁波公共自行车交通系统的研究及应用

公共自行车作为城市公共交通换乘的必要环节及扩大城市公共交通服务范围的有效手段,在低碳、绿色和宜居城市的建设过程中扮演着重要角色.主要围绕宁波公共自行车系统的建设目标,结合城市布局与城市交通系统协调发展的理论,确定宁波公共自行车系统在宁波公共交通系统中的战略定位,从拓展运营网络、完善信息系统、优化服务内容、提升管理水平、增强发展能力等方面提出改进公共自行车系统的管理对策.

Analysis of Ningbo public bicycles in public transport

As a necessary part of urban public transit, an effective means of expanding the scope of urban public transport services, public bicycles play an important role on the process of developing of the low-carbon, green city. In combination with urban layout and the theory of harmonious development of urban transport systems, this research mainly focuses on the construction target of Ningbo public bicycle system to determine Ningbo public bicycle＇s strategic position in Ningbo public transport system. Meanwhile, this study presents management measures for improving public bicycle systems by expanding operation network, perfecting the information system, optimizing the service content, improving the management level and enhancing the developing ability, etc.
