| 摘 要： | 分析了单个螺栓自由装焊方法的问题与不足，介绍了自动对中装焊装置的设计思路、自动对中原理、结构特点、工作过程以及实施效果，解决了衬板螺栓与混合机筒体自动垂直对中的难题，提高了衬板螺栓装焊速度和装焊精度。

| Abstract: | The problems and shortcomings of single bolt free the welding process are analyzed .The principle and the design idea of automatic welding device with automatic alignment , the structure characteristics , working process and effect are introduced .The difficult problems about automatic vertical centering of liner bolts and mixing machine cylinder are solved .The accuracy and speed of welding the liner bolts welding and assembling are improved. |
