基于智能PI的永磁同步电动机近似最大转矩电流比控制

摘    要:在永磁同步电动机数学模型和最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制理论基础上,通过优化算法研究了一种近似最大转矩电流比控制,对转矩电流关系进行线性化,便于工程应用。为了改善传统PI调节系统的动态性能,采用一种智能PI调节器作为系统的转速外环控制器。仿真结果表明:近似最大转矩电流比控制性能接近最大转矩电流比控制,相同的负载扰动下智能PI控制系统的动态速降和恢复时间均小于传统PI控制系统。

Abstract:Based on the mathematical model and the principle of maximum torque per ampere(MTPA) control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,an approximate algorithm used in MTPA control system was studied in this paper,and the torque and d,q axis current formula were linearized for easy engineering application.A intelligent PI controller was adopted as outer speed loop controller to improve the dynamic performance.Simulation results show the system performance using the approximate algorithm is close to those using the MTPA method,both dynamic speed change and recovery time of intelligent PI control system are less then that of conventional PI control system under the same load disturbance.
