| 摘 要： | 将机械化运输设备与汽车涂装工艺结合在一起，详细介绍了汽车涂装线中几种常用的悬挂输送形式和地面输送形式的特点和发展动态。并从规划的角度，归纳了日本和欧洲输送设备的布置风格，确定了总体流程图和平面布置的主要参数，探讨了提高设备利用率和产能的措施，为机械化运输设备的规划提供了思路。

| Abstract: | The author provides a technology integration of combining conveyor system with automobile finishing technology, covering the features, styles and latest development of the overhead conveyor and COE in automotive finishing industry. Furthermore, this article, has outlined the different conveyor system layout styles being used in Europe and Japan, provided the collective flow chart and the key parameters of plant layout, and discussed the measures to improve the system efficiency and output, which provided an idea for design of conveyor systems. |
