64层螺旋CT鉴别甲状腺结节良恶性价值的研究

目的：探讨64层螺旋CT在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别中的价值。方法：收集本院近几年44例经临床和手术病理证实的甲状腺结节样病变,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析和总结。结果：本组42例,单发结节34例,其中甲状腺腺瘤28例;甲状腺癌6例。多发结节8例,其中结节性甲状腺肿4例;甲状腺癌3例;甲状腺炎1例。64层螺旋CT对甲状腺结节良恶性诊断符合率约81.8%。结论：掌握各种甲状腺结节样病变的64层螺旋CT影像学特点,对甲状腺结节样病变有较高的诊断正确率,64层CT扫描检查对甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别和定性诊断有重要价值。

Study on the Value of 64 Slice Spiral CT in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

Objective： To investigate the 64 slice spiral CT in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules value. Methods： 44 cases in our hospital in recent years with thyroid nodules confirmed by clinic and operation pathology, the CT findings were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results： In this group, 42 cases, solitary nodules were found in 34 cases, including 28 cases of thyroid adenoma; 6 cases of thyroid carcinoma. 8 patients with multiple nodules, including 4 cases of nodular goiter; thyroid cancer in 3 cases; 1 cases of thyroiditis. 64 slice spiral CT with the rate of about 81.8% for the diagnosis of malignant and benign thyroid nodules. Conclusion： Mastering the 64 slice spiral CT images of all kinds of thyroid nodular lesions characteristics, have a higher rate of correct diagnosis of thyroid nodules, 64 slice CT scan examination of thyroid nodule in differentiating benign from malignant and qualitative diagnosis.
