检测粪便中的癌相关抗原S-Tn,Tn及CEA诊断胃癌──免疫电泳法

摘    要:以两株单克隆抗体,GS-2及CL-3组合,用免疫电泳法检测粪便提取液中的癌相关抗原S-Tn,Tn及CEA,检测的病例为胃癌75例,直结肠癌66例、胰腺癌8例,浅表性胃炎7例,萎缩性胃炎15例,胃及十二指肠溃疡病20例,胆囊结石10例以及正常人100例。结果表明:GS-2检测各组阳性率为:胃癌80%,结肠癌58.7%,胰腺癌12.5%,正常人为9%,非恶性病变组0~15%。CL-3检测各组阳性率为:胃癌77.3%,结肠癌60.6%,胰腺癌75%,正常人组5%,非恶性病变5-142%,上两株单抗组合检测,胃癌阳性率提高到94.5%,肠癌为86.4%,正常人组12%,非癌组为17.3%。

Abstract:Using two monoclonal antibodies, GS-2 and CL-3,tumor-asso-Ciated antigens S-Tn,Tn,and CEA were assayed by electropnoresis in fecal extractsfrom patients with gastric cancer (75cases), colorectal cancer (66 cases), pancreaticcancer(8 cases),gastritis ( 22 cases), ulcers (20 case), polyps (2 cases), cholecystolith-iasis (10 cases),and normal individuals (100 cases). The results indicated that: 1. When detected by GS-2, the positive rates were :gastric cancer 80%, colorectalcancer 58.7%, pancreatic cancer l.5%nomal individuals 9%, and non-malignant dise-ases 0-15%.2.When detected by CL-3,the positive rates were:gastric cancer 77.3%,colorectalcancer 60.6%, pancreatic cancer 68.7%, nomrmal inddividuals 5%, and non-malig-nant diseases 5-l4.2 3. When detected by cocklail of these two antibedies the positive rates were:gastric cancer 94.5%, colorectal cancer 84.6%, normal individuals l2% and non.malignant diseas l7.3% 4. Detection of tumor-associated antigen Tn,S-Tn. and CEA in feces by electropho-resis methods is useful for. the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
