| 摘 要： | 为观察养阴清利法对激素不敏感或激素依赖型难治性肾病综合征撤减激素的临床疗效,采用由太子参,女贞子等药物组成的基本方治疗２８例ＮＳ虱,６个月为一疗程,观察１－２个疗程。结果基本缓解７例,部分缓解１３例,无效８例,缓解率达７１．４％。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the clinical effect of the Yin Nourishing and Clearing Method after withdrawal and decrease or hormones in hormone insensitive or hormone dependent intractable nephrotic syndrome(NS),28 NS cases were treated with the basic formula composed of Radix Pseudostellariae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Fructus Lycii,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Rehmanniae,Folium Pyrrosiae,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Flos Lonicerae,Periostracum Cicadae,Herba Leonuri,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Semen Cuscutae,etc.with six months as one course of the treatments,for 1 to 2 courses of the treatments.The results showed basic relief in 7 cases,partial relief in 13 cases,failure in 8 cases and the relieving rate in 71 4%. |
