摘    要:根据电主轴轴承的实际工况、极限工况及运转特点,研制了高速电主轴轴承性能试验台。介绍了试验台的技术方案,并对试验台进行了性能试验。结果表明,该试验台运行平稳,具有良好的可靠性,可以用于电主轴轴承的试验研究。

Abstract:Based on the actual and extreme working conditions and the operating characteristics of the electric spindle bearing,a test rig is developed for the high-speed electric spindle bearing.The technology plan is introduced for the test rig,and its performance is tested.The test results show that the test rig works steadily and is more reliable,which is able to be applied in the experimental study on electric spindle bearing.
