妊高征合并颅内出血

１６例妊高征合并颅内出血进行了回顾性总结，平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ０均同于１７．３Ｋｐａ出血时间均在妊娠后期，其中分娩期占１２例，出血部位颅内血肿１１例，ＳＡＨ５例，经脑血管造影证脑血管畸形（ＣＶＭ）４例，动脉瘤３例，与同期妊高征相比，发病率占１５．２４％，死亡率占３１．２５％，与高血压性脑出血死亡率相近，并对妊高征血液动力学，血液学，血液流变学以及潜在诱因和病理学基础与颅内出血关系进行了讨论，提示及时

Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Complicating Intractranial Hemorrhage

A retrospective summation on 16 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension complicating intraccranial hemorrhage, whose mean arterial pressure was higher than 17.3Kpa, was made. The hemorrhage occurred in the later stage of pregnancy ,in which 12 cases occurred in the stage of parturition.As to the site and nature of hemorrhage ,11 patients were intracranial hematoma, 5 were subarachnoid hemorrhage, 4 were cerebral vascular malformations verified by cerebral angiography, 3 were intraranial aneurysms. Compared with pregnancy induced hypertension in the corresponding period, the incidence rate was 15.24%, the mortality accounting for 31.25%, which was approximate to that casued by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.We also discussed the relationship between pregnancy-induced hypertension hemodynamics, hematology, hemorrheology, latent pathogeny and the basis of pathology . We think it is critical to control blood pressure effectively and timely for preventing the disease.
