2006年太原市O～2岁儿童免疫抗体水平分析

目的了解太原市10县区儿童麻疹、白喉、破伤风、乙肝抗体水平，为科学合理地评价预防接种工作及质量，为免疫及防治工作提供参考，并将其作为考核基层预防接种工作的标准之一。方法采用按容量比例与批质量检验抽样法进行调查，采集儿童静脉血2～3ml，采用ELISA法检测麻疹抗体、乙肝表面抗体，采用问接血凝试验测定破伤风抗体及白喉抗体。结果各县区儿童抗体水平差异有统计学意义，0～1岁与1—2岁儿童之间麻疹抗体与乙肝表面抗体差异有统计学意义，男女性别之间抗体水平差异无统计学意义，县区与城区儿童抗体水平也存在差异，且各县区抗体免疫成功率也存在差异。结论太原市2岁以下儿童白喉、破伤风和乙肝已形成较好的群体免疫屏障，麻疹抗体水平较低；但各县区又有差异，需采取必要措施，规范接种。

Immunization level surveillance for children between 0 and 2 years old in Taiyuan city in 2006
