摘    要:针对唐山司家营铁矿Ⅲ采场露天转地下开采设计中回填废石的选择问题,采用颗粒元程序模拟放矿过程,并对模拟结果进行回归分析,得出废石相对粒径与矿石损失贫化之间的关系,从而选择了合理的回填废石粒径,将放矿过程中的损失贫化率降到最低,保证矿山生产的经济效益。此外,采用Matlab对建立的关系方程进行了单因素影响分析,得到了各个影响因素与矿石损失贫化率之间的关系。

Abstract:For the choice of backfilling waste rock in the pit III of Sijiaying iron mine during transferring from surface mining to underground,the PFC2D is used for simulating the ore drawing process,and the results of simulation are regressed and analyzed to obtain the equation between relative particle size and the rate of ore loss and dilution,which provides a theoretical basis to the choice of backfilling waste rock in engineering.This method can minimize the loss and dilution rate during ore-drawing to ensure the economic benefits for mimes.In addition,Matlab is used to establish a single-factor impact to the equation,and get the relationship between various factors and the rate of ore loss and dilution.
