Similar to the social patterns of the pre-Qin era in China,there is a basic and pivotal role in the history of human institutions.The pre-state form is a social form that existed in China's pre-Qin period because it lacked the features of a modern country.The"fuzhi"is the criterion for the power and status of the"Previous Country Form"and is the essence and core of the"previous country form."In many literatures,there are records of"fuzhi".He divides tribal princes into three large circles from the inside to the outside.The"fuzhi"did exist in the pre-Qin era.The"fuzhi"adjusted the political,economic,and military aspects of the"previous country form"and formed corresponding content.The"previous country form"has three structural features:independence and equal importance of each state's status as a nation;internal instability and cyclical turmoil;looseness and borderline uncertainty in the border areas.The"previous country form"appeared widely in the early stages of various civilizations,and the differences in its objective conditions caused the subsequent separation of eastern and western cultures.
