摘    要:目的:观察火针改善脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡细胞的表达情况,为临床治疗脊髓损伤提供实验依据。方法:本研究以随机对照法进行动物分组,采用改良的Allen s法制备脊髓损伤模型,以火针、毫针分别进行干预,采用TUNEL法观察大鼠凋亡细胞的变化。结果:治疗手段干预后,与模型组比较,火针组、毫针组72 h、1 w的细胞凋亡表达存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:火针能较好的减少脊髓损伤大鼠凋亡细胞的表达数量。
