富县地区探井钻井液技术

富县地区安定组、直罗组砂泥岩地层易发生严重的井壁垮塌，延长组油层微裂缝发育，易发生漏失。对该区直罗组泥岩地层进行了全矿物分析和黏土矿物分析，找出了影响井壁稳定的原因。针对富县地区地质特点、井身结构及保护油气层的要求，系统地分析了钻井施工的钻井液技术难点，采用相应的钻井液体系，并对钻井液处理处理方法与钻井施工的技术措施进行了阐述。2012年以来安全钻探的实践表明，富县地区钻井液技术基本能满足该区钻井施工的需要，可为富县地区钻井施工提供支持。

Drilling Fluid Study on Exploratory Well in Fuxian Area

In Fuxian region, serious sidewall collapse often happens when the shale - sand layers of Anding and Zhi- luo formation drilled through, drilling fluid often happens in Yanchang formation reservoir due to the growth of mi- crocracks. Through the analysis of overall minerals and the clay mineral in Zhiluo formation, the causation of well- bore unstability has been found. According to the geological characteristics, well structure and requirements of pro- tecting the oil and gas layers, the technical difficulties of drilling fluid has been systematically analyzed and appro- priate drilling fluid system has then been adopted. Besides, the treatment of drilling fluid and the technical aspects of drilling operation have also been explained. The drilling practice since 2012 illustrates that the drilling fluid tech- nology in Fuxian region basically satisfies the drilling requirements and provides reliable supports for the process in this area. drilling
