| 摘 要： | 课后辅导答疑是课堂教学的重要补充,是完善、充实课堂教学内容,实施因材施教,提高教学效果的重要环节。它可帮助学员解决学习中的疑难问题,指导学员自学,启发学员思考,帮助学员改进学习方法。同时它也是教员检查教学效果和提高自身教学能力的重要手段。

| Abstract: | It is a complementary part and an important link between materials and individual student to give a guidance and answer questions after classes to improve the teaching efficiency. It helps students deal with hard ques- tions, study independently, inspire their thoughts and wisdom and improve their studying methods. Meanwhile, it is also an efficient way for instructors to evaluate teaching effect and develop teaching ability. |
