医院级别和操作环节对供应室护士发生针刺伤的影响比较

目的 了解供应室护士被针刺伤情况,探讨职业防护措施.方法 采用问卷调查法调查供应室护士被针刺伤的有关情况.结果 不同级别医院供应室护士被针刺伤的情况之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同医院供应室护士被针刺操作环节之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);各级医院对针刺伤的消毒护理情况,市级采取一般性伤口处理措施占该级别医院被调查人数的94.26%,医级和私立医院分别占87.06%,81.03%.结论 供应室护士应主动增强职业防护意识,按照规范的操作流程进行安全操作;及时改进废弃的一次性医疗用品回收、毁形、消毒方法.

Comparison on the effect of hospital level and operation steps on needle-stick injuries of nurses in supply room

Objective To know the needle-stick injuries of nurses in supply room, and to explore the measures of occupational protection. Methods The related situation of needle-stick injuries of nurses in supply room was surveyed using a questionnaire method. Results There was a statistical meaning in the difference of needle-stick injuries of nurses in supply room between the hospitals with different levels (P < 0. 01). The difference of operation steps of needle-stick injuries of nurses in supply room between the hospitals with different levels had a statistical meaning (P < 0. 01). For the disinfection and nursing situation adopted by the hospitals with different levels, the municipal level hospital adopted the general measure of wound treatment, accounting for 94.26% of peoples who were surveyed in hospitals with this level, and 87.06% and 81.03% for the district level hospital and private hospital, respectively. Conclusions The nurses in supply room should actively strengthen the awareness of occupational protection, obey the standard operation flow and operate safely, timely improve the methods of recycling, destroy and disinfection of dispesable medical supphes that are wasted.
