焦炭质量对高炉炉况的影响

摘    要:由于新钢5#、6#焦炉干熄焦(9#高炉入炉配比50%)变为水熄焦,焦炭冷强度M40下降约4%,造成9#(2500m3)高炉料柱透气、透液性变差,压量关系紧张,炉况波动较大,甚至悬料。通过上下部调剂相结合稳定炉况,加强管理保证生产,高炉炉况逐步恢复。

Abstract:Because the dry quenched coke of Xinyu Steel' s No.5 and No.6 coke ovens (the No.9 blast furnace charging ratio of 50%) turn into water quenched coke, the cold strength M40 of coke decreases by 4%, resulting in the worse air and liquid permeability, the unsuitable pressure quantity relationship, the unstable blast furnace condition and even hanging-up in the No.9 (2 500 m3) blast furnace. Through stabilizing blast furnace condition with adjusting upper and lower part and strengthening control, the blast furnace condition is recovered gradually.
