压裂泵柱塞密封的改进设计

摘    要:压裂泵柱塞密封性能好坏与使用寿命的长短直接影响压裂酸化作业的正常实施,密封不良将带来很大的维护工作量。为适应油气井增产的需要,对OPI 1800AWS型压裂泵柱塞密封的结构特点进行了分析,并结合生产和应用实际分析了柱塞密封失效和泄漏的原因,提出了一种油田压裂用柱塞密封的结构改造方案,即通过提高柱塞表面质量,优选密封圈材质,改进密封圈的结构,增加擦拭环,保证柱塞往复运动时与缸套的同轴度,可以提高摩擦副的密封效果和延长柱塞密封的使用寿命。柱塞密封结构改造后,柱塞寿命提高到15个月,密封圈寿命延长了2倍。

Abstract:Sealing performance and operating life of the fracturing pump directly influence quality of the acidizing operation, and bad seal will result in great deal of maintenance work. In order to meet the rate augmenting requirement for oil and gas wells, structural characteristics of plunger seal of OPI 1800AWS fracturing pump were analyzed, and the reasons of seal failure and leaking were also summarized based on practical production and applications. Then, a structure modification design, which improves plunger surface quality, optimizes seal ring material, modifies sealing structure, adds friction rings and keeps co-axis of the plunger and cylinder liner during the reciprocation, was come up for fracturing plunger seal. After such modifications, operating life of the plunger is prolonged to 15 months and that of the seal ring is also doubled.
