闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定微创治疗股骨颈骨折

目的 探讨闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定微创治疗股骨颈骨折的方法和疗效.方法 分析自2005年3月至2012年3月期间收治37例股骨颈骨折,进行闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定.结果 37例均得到随访,根据髋关节Harris评分标准评定疗效：优25例,良 9例,可 2例,差 1例,优良率为91.8%.2例发生髋内翻,1例于术后7个月时发生骨折不愈合,螺钉突破股骨颈上缘,出现股骨头坏死.结论 闭合复位空心加压螺钉内固定微创治疗股骨颈骨折愈合率高,是一种良好的治疗方法.

Closed reduction hollow compression screw internal fixation in minimally invasive treatment of femoral neck fracture

Objective To discuss the closed reduction hollow compression screw internal fixation method and the curative effect of minimally invasive treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Totally 37 cases of femoral neck fracture from March 2005 to March 2012 who were performed with closed reduction hollow compression screw internal fixation were analysed. Results All 37 cases were followed up, and the efficacy was assessed according to Harris hip score standard： 25 cases were excellent, 9 cases were good, 2 cases were fine, and 1 case was poor, with the fine rate of 91.8. Hip varus occurred in 2 cases, and lcase showed old fracture nonunion 7 months postoperatively, with screw break through the femoral neck, which then developed into femoral head necrosis. Conclusion Closed reduction hollow compres- sion screw internal fixation in minimally invasive treatment of femoral neck fracture is a good treatment with high healing rate.
