小儿重度烧伤343例临床治疗分析

目的 总结小儿重度烧伤的临床治疗方法以提高其治愈率.方法 回顾分析343例重度烧伤患儿的临床治疗,从休克发生及复苏效果、创面处理方法、并发症发生及治愈率等方面观察小儿重度烧伤的临床救治情况.结果 343例重度烧伤患儿中,共有50例发生休克,休克发生率为14.58%,休克复苏成功46例,休克复苏成功率为92.00%.343例重度烧伤患儿经治疗后,创面完全愈合291例,创面愈合率为94.17%.343例重度烧伤患者中发生并发症23例,并发症发生率为6.71%.343例重度烧伤患儿中,治愈好转336例,治愈好转率为97.96%.结论 小儿重度烧伤的治疗是一个综合的过程,应早期防治休克、加强创面处理、增强营养支持、积极防治各种并发症,以提高重度烧伤患儿的治愈率.

Clinical analysis of treatment of 343 cases with severe burn children

Objective To summarize the experience of management in severe burn children in order to raise the cure rate. Methods The clinical data of a total of 343 patients recruited in our department from January 2010 to September 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The treatment situation of severe burn children was observed in terms of the occurrence of shock and recovery effect, wound treatment, complications and cure rate, etc. Results Among 343 cases of severe burn children, the occurrence of shock happened in 50 cases, with the rate of occurrence of shock of 14.58% ; successful recovery of shock was in 46 cases, with the rate of success of 92.00%. After the treatment of 343 cases, complete healing wounds was achieved in 291 cases, and the rate of healing wounds was 94.17%. Complications occurred in 23 cases of 343 cases, and the occurrence rate of complication was 6.71%. Totally 336 cases were cured and improved, and the rate of cure and improvement was 97.96 %. Conclusion The treatment of severe burn children is a comprehensive process. The following measures should be taken, including early preventing shock, strengthening wound treatment, enhancing nutrition support, and preventing various complications actively in order to inlprove the cure rate of severe burn children.
