基于工程经济效益的国际工程合营模式下团队激励问题研究

摘    要:为了提高国际工程经济效益,国际工程承包商在经营实践中大量采用合营模式。分析影响合营模式盈利的关键因素,针对合营模式下的团队激励问题,构建国际工程管理中合营模式下的委托代理模型,分析求解过程,得出对称信息下的激励模型和非对称信息下的激励模型的相关结论,并结合典型案例进行验证分析。

Abstract:In order to improve the international engineering economic benefit,the international engineering contractors usually adopt joint venture mode in their business practice.This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the profit of joint venture model.According to the joint venture model of team incentive problems to build a joint venture in international project management mode of principal-agent model,and analzses the solving process,concludes that the incentive model in the case of symmetric information and asymmetric information under the incentive model appropriate conclusions.Finally,combines a typical case to verify the analysis.
