混凝土裂缝与内外约束关系研究

摘    要:水化反应过程中,温度变化和内部孔隙水散失是混凝土温度、自生体积和干缩等变形产生的主要原因.内外约束作用下,温度、自生体积和干缩等变形引起的应力很容易导致混凝土开裂.通过混凝土温度场和应力场精确仿真,对混凝土温度应变、自生体积变形和徐变进行分析.研究表明内部约束是水化反应前期混凝土产生的主要原因,后期混凝土裂缝则主要由外部约束所致.

Abstract:During the hydration of cement,temperature variety and dissipation of pore water are the main reasons to cause the thermal deformation,autogenous deformation,shrinkage deformation and so on.Then,constrained by the internal and external constraints,the restrained deformations result in a relatively high stress that sometimes causes premature cracking in concrete.In order to realize the mechanisms mentioned above,the real temperature and stress fields simulation and analysis were carried out.The results show ...
